LINDSEY MARSHALL, B.A., Dip. Op.

Lindsey is the founder and principal consultant of Grand Performance. 

He is a passionate trainer and facilitator of corporate and personal change work. His ability to translate knowledge and information quickly and easily into practical bottomline improving applications, places him in high demand.

Lindsey offers his clients a unique understanding of their business needs whilst being able to deliver up-to-the-minute training solutions. His innovative training delivery stretches participants and maximises their training experience.

Lindsey specialises in premium brand selling and some of his clients include Mercedes Benz, Hewlett Package and Bond University.

In his work, Lindsey uses his advanced knowledge of training design and development and applies his skills in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Drawing on his knowledge as a trained opera singer, Lindsey has developed an advanced program, Voice Care for Professionals.

A graduate of Auckland University, Lindsey holds a degree with a double major in Psychology and Education. With over fifteen years of experience in training and facilitation, he has also received tuition from some of the world's most renowned trainers including Dr Edward de Bono, Dr Steven Gilligan, Dr John Grinder and Eric Jensen.
