Selling fundamentals is an experiential
relationship selling sales training program that is tailored to
the specific sales needs and subject matter of your sales
staff.
The sales training program teaches a complete relationship
selling sales model that is centred on identifying and
satisfying the needs of your customers.
This Relationship Selling Framework is more far reaching and
than Huthwaites SPIN Selling and Zig Ziglar's approach to
selling. Sales training exercises are customised to
include industry specific exercises, making the sales training
as close to real life as possible.
In addition to learning this complete and powerful sales
program, your staff gain experience in how to optimise and
manage their emotional state when selling, as well as how to
establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
We call this the inner game of selling - it doesn't matter how
much knowledge you have if you can't maintain your internal
state when you need to all your training could be a waste of
time.
Selling Fundamentals is a 2-day program, typically run at a
venue away from the office to avoid distractions, plus a number
of one on one follow-up coaching sessions.
To assist participants to quickly internalise and integrate
the training materials the sales program is broken into smaller
units that are systematically taught using a generative
learning approach. Each exercise builds on the last until the
participants have mastered the entire program.
Clients typically achieve a minimum 20% bottomline
improvement when applying these relationship selling
