Grand Performance delivered a range of de Bono courses for NRMA Insurance Limited and NRMA Member Services over the past two years.

The programs delivered were

These programs were all very well received and have made a profound impact through the organisation. In addition to the scheduled programs, additional programs were requested as part of team development activities and to provide essential skills to improve organisational effectiveness.

Over 200 managers and staff were trained and the materials are used on a regular basis through the company.
